Shipping Policy
All orders placed on Soldrio are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, and customers will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Soldrio offers FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $80. Orders under $80 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout. Estimated delivery time after processing is 1–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Soldrio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@soldrio.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
